  • 2 to 3 pieces Bananas Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture.
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips Can be swapped for dark or milk chocolate.
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Add nutmeg for additional flavor if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar To be mixed with cinnamon for coating.

Preparation
  1. Cut the biscuits into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Slice the bananas.
  3. Combine the biscuit cubes and banana slices, then coat with cinnamon and sugar.
Baking
  1. Arrange the mixture in greased ramekins.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
Finishing Touch
  1. Melt white chocolate and spoon it over the tops of the baked dessert.

Notes

Serve warm from the ramekins or transfer to a serving plate. Best paired with coffee, tea, or vanilla ice cream. Can be stored at room temperature for 24 hours, refrigerated for up to 3 days, or frozen for 1 month.
