Preparation
- Blend bananas and milk until smooth.
- Add spinach and blend on a high setting until most of the spinach has been broken down into small pieces.
- Add the frozen berries and blend until the mixture is uniform in color.
- Add the bran and sweetener, then blend until desired consistency is reached.
- If using ice, add it now and blend again until smooth.
Serving
- Serve cold in a tall glass or a travel cup.
- Stir briefly and drink with a wide straw.
Notes
Store the smoothie in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or in the freezer for up to one month. Re-blend after thawing.
