Cooking Pasta and Sauce
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions.
- In a separate pan, heat the pasta sauce with sliced zucchini until the zucchini is crisp-tender.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and warm it until heated through.
- Top the drained bowties with the warm sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a green salad or crusty bread. Offer extra grated parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side. Cool and store leftovers for up to 3 days. Freeze for longer storage.
