  • 10-15 pieces radishes Thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For coating
  • 1/2 tbsp honey For sweetness
  • 1-2 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the radishes approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Put the sliced radishes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds to soften them.
  4. Drain any liquid from the bowl.
  5. In a larger bowl, mix the radishes with olive oil, honey, and cinnamon sugar until well coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the radishes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C), then remove and flip them over.
  3. Reduce the oven temperature to 225°F (107°C) and bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.

Notes

For the best crispness, store cooled chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2–3 days. Avoid refrigeration unless necessary to prevent moisture. To revive softened chips, warm them briefly in a low oven.
