Preparation
- Peel and section the oranges.
- Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
Blending
- Add the pineapple, yogurt, and milk into the blender.
- Place all fruit into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Serving
- Sprinkle with coconut and/or orange zest.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Add a few ice cubes if desired.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut or a bit of orange zest.
Notes
Use ripe fruit for better natural sweetness. Chill the fruits beforehand for a colder drink. For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk.
