Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 pieces oranges Peeled and sectioned.
  • 1 piece banana Peeled and broken into pieces.
  • 1/3 cup pineapple Fresh or frozen.
Dairy & Liquids
  • 1/4 cup yogurt Use Greek yogurt for thickness.
  • 1/3 cup milk Can substitute with coconut milk.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and section the oranges.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
Blending
  1. Add the pineapple, yogurt, and milk into the blender.
  2. Place all fruit into the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with coconut and/or orange zest.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut or a bit of orange zest.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for better natural sweetness. Chill the fruits beforehand for a colder drink. For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk.
