Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
- Add the sugar if you want it a little sweeter.
- Add water if you want a thinner dressing.
- Serve as a dressing with salads, fish, chicken, or grilled vegetables!
Notes
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for 4–5 days. Stir or whisk before serving if it thickens too much.
