Preparation
- Preheat the oven to the temperature on your cookie dough package or recipe.
- Prepare your favorite cookie dough.
- Using an ice cream scoop, put rounded scoops of cookie dough into individual ramekins.
Baking
- Bake according to directions but add 5-10 minutes to the bake time.
- Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.
- Top with ice cream and any other desired toppings.
- Serve warm in the ramekin.
Notes
Store leftover baked ramekin cookies covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a low oven to restore warmth. Unbaked, portioned dough can be refrigerated for 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
