Preparation
- Grease a 13×9-inch pan with butter.
- Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows.
- In a large saucepan, combine the remaining marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup.
- Melt the mixture over low heat, stirring until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the Golden Grahams cereal into the saucepan and stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Fold in the reserved 1 cup marshmallows.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan using the buttered back of a spoon.
- Cool for at least 1 hour or until firm.
Notes
Store loosely covered at room temperature for up to 3 to 4 days. For longer storage, wrap bars in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
