  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use medium-stiff peanut butter for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Nutella Use a creamy version.
  • 2 cups flake cereal of your choice Choose a cereal that holds its shape.
  • to taste Fluer de sel Sprinkle on top for flavor contrast.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a medium-sized saucepan with a couple inches of water and place it on the stovetop over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl that fits over the saucepan, add the peanut butter and Nutella.
  3. Stir the mixture over the heat until warmed and fully combined.
  4. Remove the bowl from heat and add the cereal flakes, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil or wax paper.
  6. Using your hands, create clusters of the mixture, placing each on the cookie sheet.
  7. Sprinkle each cluster with Fluer de sel and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Serving
  1. Serve clusters chilled on a platter, baking sheet, or in paper liners.
  2. Pair with coffee, milk, or herbal tea for balance.
  3. For dessert, drizzle melted chocolate or caramel nearby and garnish clusters with extra Fluer de sel.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage. Avoid leaving them at room temperature for extended periods.
