Preparation
- Fill a medium-sized saucepan with a couple inches of water and place it on the stovetop over medium heat.
- In a bowl that fits over the saucepan, add the peanut butter and Nutella.
- Stir the mixture over the heat until warmed and fully combined.
- Remove the bowl from heat and add the cereal flakes, stirring gently to coat.
- Line a cookie sheet with tin foil or wax paper.
- Using your hands, create clusters of the mixture, placing each on the cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle each cluster with Fluer de sel and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Serving
- Serve clusters chilled on a platter, baking sheet, or in paper liners.
- Pair with coffee, milk, or herbal tea for balance.
- For dessert, drizzle melted chocolate or caramel nearby and garnish clusters with extra Fluer de sel.
Notes
Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage. Avoid leaving them at room temperature for extended periods.
