Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie batter and spread into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
- Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, adding cream as necessary to make the mixture smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and marble with a knife.
Baking
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store cooled brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
